    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Lead Generation Specialist, B2B to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the growth of our B2B partner ecosystem. This role focuses on building pipelines of qualified leads in collaboration with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors (DMRs), MSPs, and ISPs. You’ll be responsible for uncovering new end-customer opportunities, supporting co-marketing initiatives, and nurturing leads that contribute to partner success and revenue growth.     Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B channel marketing, partner sales support, or lead generation 
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field 
    • Familiarity with partner types and programs: DMRs, VARs, MSPs, and ISPs 
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with external stakeholders 
    • Analytical skills to assess lead quality, track metrics, and provide actionable insight 
    • Understanding of Canadian B2B/IT channel ecosystem is highly desirable

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage end-user leads to support sell-through activities for channel partners
    • Work with VARs, DMRs, MSPs, and ISPs to support joint lead generation campaigns and list-building efforts
    • Manage partner-sourced and co-branded outreach (e.g., email marketing, webinars, digital campaigns) to drive qualified opportunities
    • Capture and route inbound leads to appropriate partners based on vertical fit, territory, and capability
    • Maintain accurate partner attribution and deal registration data within CRM and tracking tools
    • Help execute lead-nurture workflows to accelerate time-to-close and enhance partner ROI
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Team, Sales Engineering, and Sales Teams to prepare reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance
    • Support lead generation for partner events, webinars, and referral programs 
    • Research Canadian business directories, vertical associations, and channel marketing databases to enrich target lists
    • Occasional provincial/interprovincial travel will be required

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma in computer science/computer engineering or a computer technology-related discipline
    • 3+ years’ experience in technical/pre-sales support as a pre-sales engineer, solutions architect or a similar role
    • Experience managing end to end technical aspects of deals, through to technical closure
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
    • Ability to impact key wins within the company
    • Ability to build and maintain channel partner relationships, including ability to effectively communicate technically to a range of both external and internal stakeholders
    • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
    • Strong communication and writing skills (experience on responding to RFPs is beneficial)
    • Experience explaining technology topologies via whiteboarding, Visio and other methods
    • Team player that thrives in both group and individual projects and is able to work with minimum supervision and direction
    • Strong technical troubleshooting skills are desired
    • Technical knowledge in Wi-Fi, Ethernet Switching, Routing, Firewalls and NAC
    • Experience with IP Cameras or physical surveillance and sensors is an asset
    • Knowledge of Python and familiarity with APIs are assets
    • Industry-recognized certificates are assets
    • Previous Vendor or Reseller experience is an asset
    • Eligibility to work in Canada

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to prospects and customers (resellers, end-users, distributors, etc.)
    • Work closely with sales team and drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and associated needs
    • Develop and execute on joint strategy with your direct Account Manager(s) and team which is tied to your partners and customers
    • Collectively work with TP-Link teams (account sales/ technical, marketing, specialization overlays) + your partners teams (sales/ technical/ professional services, managed services, etc.) to develop “go to market” offerings
    • Articulate the company’s technical value proposition, differentiators, and capabilities
    • Be the primary technical point of contact for your partners and customers. Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to clients and champion them to the broader Canadian TP-Link team
    • Lead product and solution demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences, at executive and/or technical levels, both pre-and post-sales
    • Deliver internal and external training on the company's existing and new products/solutions
    • Respond to RFI/RFQ and tenders/inquiries and produce detailed proposals
    • Have a strong ability to position TP-Link solutions to your partners and customers, whether this be remotely or in person. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to confidently present through whiteboarding, technical white papers, technical plans, or customer discussions
    • Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap
    • Assist and/or lead in training events where the target audience is technical and includes System Engineers, Solutions Architects and Professional Services
    • Manage your time effectively when working on multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring a positive customer/partner experience is maintained
    • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account technical information of all customers and prospects
    • Frequent interprovincial travel will be required
